I tried to refinish a bath marble counter top and it was a disaster. Ditco Flooring referred me to Lorenzo. He can over with a helper and he thought it would take about 3 hours. The helper did the work alone and stayed about 5 hours, because he wanted to get it right. It saved me a lot of money for a new counter top and they were very reasonable. Don't do it your self, Lorenzo is the way to go. Thanks for saving me money.

This is the second time we’ve used Lorenzo’s company. His work refinishing and sealing our countertops (bathroom and kitchen) made everything look brand new. He and his team spent hours on our house, and their attention to detail provided a spectacular result.

We have waited a few days to leave our review. We asked Lorenzo to come and visit our home to see what he could do to resolve cracks and holes on our travertine floors. The existing floors had some sheen on it, which we liked, but we did notice some cracks we didn't want to make so noticeable. Also, we have tile outside of the pool which we also wanted to clean/seal. Lastly, there was master bathroom we looked to clean/seal.
The team completed half of the work on day 1, and the 2nd half on day 2. Immediately we could notice the difference in the color of the grout and cleanliness compared to existing areas.
Unfortunately our A/C went out on day 2 and it was a bit more difficult to see the quality of the finish as there was perhaps excess moisture on the floor during the sealing process. Meanwhile on some of the tiles, did appear hazy in certain light. For a couple days after, we continued to check the tile and look to wipe off any areas that appeared dirty. Some of it was inevitable due to the amount of moisture in the home during day 2 of the install.
Fast forward several days later, and having our AC fixed. The natural travertine is showing complexity, more of a satin than higher reflective surface the tiles were finished previously. While we might like maybe one more cut on shine,--Certainly, the natural cut of the tiles is more visible following the work, and it seems the seal may have started to lock-in as well. Also, the small cracks and holes which were visible have been diminished and we are quite happy with that. Thanks to Lorenzo and his team!

We had a wonderful experience working with Lorenzo to restore our quartzite countertops. After moving into our home, we discovered over 20 water glass rings etched into the stone, which was disappointing given how beautiful the quartzite is. On a recommendation from Anna at Ditco, we reached out to Lorenzo, who responded promptly, came out to assess the damage personally, and provided us with a fair estimate.
While there were minor issues with punctuality, and our black granite composite sink needed a bit of extra cleaning after the work, Lorenzo’s professionalism and commitment to our satisfaction more than made up for it. We had a challenging seam that required special attention, and Lorenzo ensured it was addressed thoroughly, working until we were fully happy with the result.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work. Lorenzo is a skilled professional with high standards and strong integrity. Our countertops look beautiful once again, and we’re grateful for Lorenzo’s expertise and dedication.

Our contractors left our newly installed slate tile floors looking chalky and dirty. No matter what I used to clean it, it didn't make a difference. Lorenzo and his team were super communicative, professional, and fast. They did a fantastic job cleaning it up!

Total Finish Floors replaced my old filthy travertine with beautiful porcelain tile. Lorenzo was great to work with - responsive, punctual, fair and thorough. His team did an exceptional job demolishing the old travertine and replacing with new tile. The finished product is beautiful with great attention to detail, including edges and corners. The work started and finished on time, and they were careful to minimize the dust and disruption in the rest of the house. Highly recommend and will use them again!

I accidentally bought limestone that was made for indoor for my terrace. So the texture was shiny and would be slippery when wet. I almost had the tile guys undo their work and would have had to buy new tiles and pay additional labor. Lorenzo saved me a lot of time and money. He was able to use his instruments and created a honed texture which was compatible for outdoors.

Lorenzo and his crew did a great job removing the scratches movers left on our slate bathroom floors. The surface is uneven and I thought we may end up having to replace but Total Finish Floors had them looking new on short notice while we were against the clock trying to close on our sale. Clean, sealed and polish a Black Shower. Did a great job. Worked to get back as close as they could to original color. Floors were cleaned and sealed and they are bright and look very nice. Nice group of people to work with.
