We used Lorenzo and his crew for several different types of floor work. I definitely recommend them; however if I could give them a 4.5 I would. First, the many PROS; on time, good work, responsive. CON; not enough choices of stain for my hardwood floors. They refinished my interior slate floors and did a magnificent job! They refinished my 50 year old oak floors and we took them to a matte finish; good job but I wanted more confidence in the selection. I’m sure Lorenzo will address this in the future. In the long run, the color worked very well and was exactly what we wanted. They screened my other hardwood floors and did great. They moved all my furniture. Good job Lorenzo and crew!

Our contractors left our newly installed slate tile floors looking chalky and dirty. No matter what I used to clean it, it didn't make a difference. Lorenzo and his team were super communicative, professional, and fast. They did a fantastic job cleaning it up!

Total Finish Floors replaced my old filthy travertine with beautiful porcelain tile. Lorenzo was great to work with - responsive, punctual, fair and thorough. His team did an exceptional job demolishing the old travertine and replacing with new tile. The finished product is beautiful with great attention to detail, including edges and corners. The work started and finished on time, and they were careful to minimize the dust and disruption in the rest of the house. Highly recommend and will use them again!

I accidentally bought limestone that was made for indoor for my terrace. So the texture was shiny and would be slippery when wet. I almost had the tile guys undo their work and would have had to buy new tiles and pay additional labor. Lorenzo saved me a lot of time and money. He was able to use his instruments and created a honed texture which was compatible for outdoors.

Lorenzo and his crew did a great job removing the scratches movers left on our slate bathroom floors. The surface is uneven and I thought we may end up having to replace but Total Finish Floors had them looking new on short notice while we were against the clock trying to close on our sale. Lorenzo is very responsive as well and his crews were always on time. Nice work and thank you.
